Grant Huff

Vice President

Grant Huff is a Vice President of Formation Real Estate.  He specializes in office and Industrial real estate solutions in Fort Worth, Texas and is active in all types of Commercial property transactions, including acquisition, Sales and tenant/landlord representation.

Grant began his career at Trinity Works assisting with the Edwards Ranch development.  Grant assisted in the project management, financial analysis, and market research of all related development projects.  He then joined Huff Partners as a Vice President before the company merged with Transwstern in 2010.  He was Vice President at Transwestern until 2024, When he took a role with Formation Real Estate.

Grant received a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Texas Christian University.
