Vice President

Grant Huff serves as Vice President at Formation Real Estate, bringing extensive experience across office, industrial, and land transactions in Fort Worth and the surrounding areas. His expertise spans acquisitions, sales, and tenant/landlord representation, with a hands-on approach shaped by his personal experience as a real estate owner and investor. Grant treats each transaction with the same level of care and strategic insight he applies to managing his own portfolio of industrial, office, and land properties.

Grant began his career at Trinity Works Development Company, where he contributed to the Clearfork Development in Fort Worth, assisting with project management, market research, and financial analysis. He later joined NAI Huff Partners, transitioning to Transwestern as part of the 2010 merger, ultimately serving as Vice President. In 2024, Grant joined Formation Real Estate, continuing his dedication to delivering exceptional results for his clients.

Recognized as a D CEO 2024 Power Broker of the Year, Grant’s reputation reflects his deep market knowledge, client-first mentality, and ability to navigate complex deals with precision.

Grant holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Texas Christian University (TCU). He is a member of Steeplechase, a long-standing Fort Worth community, and enjoys connecting with clients and colleagues outside of the office.

When he’s not immersed in real estate, Grant can often be found fly fishing, snow skiing, or spending time with his wife and two dogs at their home in Ridglea Hills.
