Grace Ruby

Senior Associate

Grace focuses on industrial leasing, sales, and property management of multi-tenant industrial assets. She graduated from Texas A&M University in December of 2019, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Mays Business School.   Her interest in commercial real estate began at A&M, along with her passion to pursue a people-based industry where she can build relationships and help others.

Prior to joining Formation Real Estate, Grace gained experience in Accounts Receivable at Alcon and Property Management at Greystar Real Estate Partners. Both roles helped refine her organizational skills, understanding of business economics, and ability to collaborate well with others.

Since joining the Formation Real Estate team in March of 2021, Grace has successfully completed over 480 transactions, including new leases, expansions, and extensions. She also has experience handling complex subleases, buyouts, and lease assignments, providing strategic solutions for both landlords and tenants. With deep ties to the Greater Fort Worth community, she understands the market and the needs of local businesses. Her expertise in project leasing and asset management allows her to approach deals with a big-picture mindset, ensuring her clients get the right solutions for their space

Grace received her BBA in Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and is a licensed real estate agent in Texas.
