Grace Ruby

Associate

Grace joins Formation Real Estate as an Associate focusing on industrial leasing, sales and property management of multi-tenant industrial assets. She graduated from Texas A&M University in December of 2019, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Mays Business School.   Her interest in commercial real estate began at A&M along with her passion to pursue a people-based industry where she can build relationships and help others.

Prior to joining Formation Real Estate, Grace gained experience in Accounts Receivable at Alcon and Property Management at Greystar Real Estate Partners. Both roles helped refine her organizational skills, understanding of business economics, and ability to collaborate well with others.

Since joining the Formation Real Estate team in March of 2021, Grace has completed 70 transactions, amounting to over 150,000 SF of industrial space leased.  With strong ties to the Greater Fort Worth Community, Grace appreciates the ability to work in a market she is familiar with and still calls home. Her current role as Project Leasing Specialist and Asset Management support allows hands-on experience, which has been valuable to the beginning of her career in CRE. Understanding the process from both Landlord and Tenant perspectives has allowed Grace to better understand her client’s needs, a skill in which she enjoys and excels.

Grace received her BBA in Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and is a licensed real estate agent in Texas.
