John Jinks’ career began with NAI Huff Partners and later Transwestern Commercial Services in Fort Worth, Texas. During his tenure at Transwestern, John focused on project leasing and sales for retail and office properties. In 2012, he joined the Mages Group to focus on tenant representation and corporate real estate services for oilfield companies throughout the country. While at Mages, John represented more than 15 industrial service and supply companies across eight states and was involved in lease and purchase transactions for land, industrial and build-to-suit development projects.
John’s success comes from his vast network of relationships, an ability to quickly learn and adapt on the fly, and a relentless drive to getting the job done right without taking much of the client’s time. His goals are to make the job easy on the client, which comes from an ability to simplify and manage otherwise complex transactions and real estate requirements. Those who have worked alongside him will say he is determined to continually improve his skills and approach every deal with the same level of enthusiasm and stewardship. John’s ability to identify value and seize on opportunities make him an invaluable member of his clients’ real estate decision-making teams. John has worked with numerous end users, developers, investors and sellers across the United States and a variety of property needs. John and his wife Shelby live in Dallas, Texas with their daughters Madelyn and Margot.
John received his Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and entrepreneurial management from Texas Christian University.
