Tracy Cliburn

Marketing Director

Tracy Cliburn brings a unique blend of marketing, community engagement, and strategic communication to Formation Real Estate. A lifelong Fort Worth resident, she has spent years shaping brands, strengthening connections, and championing initiatives that make an impact.

Before joining Formation, Tracy spent nearly two decades in marketing and client relations at Transwestern before shifting her focus to the nonprofit sector. As Community & Donor Engagement Director for a local performing arts organization, she led a major rebranding effort, expanding its reach and revitalizing its presence post-pandemic. Most recently, she served as District Director for a Fort Worth City Council office, managing communications and working on city initiatives and community outreach.

Now at Formation, Tracy is focused on elevating the firm’s marketing and storytelling efforts, ensuring that its projects, partnerships, and people get the spotlight they deserve. She thrives on creative problem-solving, relationship-building, and finding the right words to make an impact.

Tracy can also be found exploring Fort Worth’s evolving neighborhoods, keeping up with her (very opinionated) grown kids, or hanging out with her husband, Mark. She also enjoys documenting the National Geographic-worthy wildlife in their backyard – though the raccoons remain unimpressed.
